The "conventional" pressing in a flat press is no longer necessary. And this is how it works: 1 Before starting the mopping process, the required mop quantity is selected and placed in the specially designed mop container (tray 1). 2 The required amount of liquid is now placed in the scaled liquid container (tray 2). 3 The fresh liquid is distributed to the mops via a dosing sieve. Even moistening of all mops is achieved after just a few minutes. 4 The prepared mops can now be removed individually from the mop container (tray 1). A specially shaped mop support makes it easier to pick them up without hand contact. 5 Once the mopping process is complete, the used mops are dropped into the now empty liquid container (tray 2). By separating the fresh and used mops, cross-contamination is avoided.

EasyReach Cleaning Pad PSME0001
The extra-thick, padded, 70% isopropanol (IPA) pre-soaked and sterile polyester "Cleaning Pad Easy Reach PSME0001" are highly absorbent and can hold large amounts of detergent or disinfectant, making cleaning and disinfection easier. The pads are made from Quiltec I - a double-layer, padded polyester material that has been washed in a class 4 cleanroom - and have sealed edges that help to further reduce the number of particles released. EasyMop CR System Box
The EasyMop CR System Box was developed as a closed system for the pre-preparation of mop covers. Its design allows the mop cover to be picked up without being touched – contact with cleaning agents and disinfectants, as well as the risk of cross-contamination, are consistently avoided. Mop covers can be pre-prepared using the EasyMop System Box in three ways : manually by pouring: Six mop covers are placed in the System Box, followed by pouring the pre-determined amount of cleaning solution from a measuring jug or bucket. After inserting a further 6 mop covers, the system box is closed and rotated. After 5 minutes, the mop covers are evenly moistened. semi-automatically using a dosing system: Instead of manual pouring, the cleaning solution is added via a permanently installed dosing system, which ensures a constant quantity and concentration of the cleaning solution. Fully automatic in the washing machine: The mop covers are soaked in the cleaning solution during the final rinse cycle in the washing machine and spun to the desired level of moisture. They can be removed ready for use. This is only possible with special washing machine technology. Whichever option you choose – with EasyMop you’re always on the safe side.
