Adhesive Mats
The use of dust control mats or adhesive mats has proven to be an ideal aid for cleaning shoe soles and trolley wheels in controlled areas and cleanrooms. Whether in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical or food industry, adhesive mats are used as a useful dust barrier and thus connect the grey room with the clean room. You can choose between permanently adhesive dust control mats or disposable adhesive film mats. The adhesive strength of both models is set so that only dust and other particles stick.
With the permanent adhesive dust control mat, the surface is cleaned with a sponge and a soap solution and then the surface is wiped dry with a rubber scraper. With adhesive film mats, you can simply and effortlessly peel off the soiled film when the adhesive strength decreases. The new film is immediately available to you. Disposable cleanroom mats avoid time-consuming cleaning and are an inexpensive alternative to reusable mats.

Anti-static dust-binding mat, adhesive mat SIMTACK ®
Our SimTack dust-binding mats consist of 30 layers of self-adhesive PE film and reliably remove particles and fibres from shoe soles and castors. Thanks to the fully adhesive underside, the dust-binding mats adhere securely to the floor. Once the top layer becomes soiled, it is simply peeled off. The SBM dust control mat is made of permanently adhesive material without glue or impregnation and is laid loose. The stickiness is a permanent property of the material. The mat is easy to clean. Treat with a sponge and soap solution and then pull dry with a rubber scraper. Can be treated with standard disinfectants. The material does not release any plasticisers or undesirable chemical substances. No fixings are required. Simply place on a clean floor. The perfect connection from the grey room to the clean room. Cleaning agent InSpec N10
Alternatives AGMA – Alkaline Cleaning Agent The InSpec N10 is a powerful alkaline cleaning agent for cleanroom walls, floors, ceilings and work surfaces. Specially developed for permanent adhesive mats. It is used for the removal of process residues and general soiling. It is an excellent cleaner, but leaves more residue than N7.Ready to use spray bottle, diluted with WFI water quality. Material & Properties Material: 4% alkaline detergent Colour: light yellow ISO 5 suitable for cleaning by hand Validated three-month shelf life after opening 2 years shelf life Application Non-sterile InSpec N10 is designed for cleaning hard surfaces by spraying, wiping by hand and with a mop. Spray at a distance of approx. 15-20 cm. 5 litre versions, pour into suitable container for mop wiping. For mop application, add 100 ml concentrate to 2.5 litres of water. Cleaning mop with wringer
Mop specifically designed for cleaning permanently adhesive dust-binding mats / adhesive mats. Cleaning steps Pre-clean the adhesive mat with the damp mop. Rinse out the mop and wring it out. Use the mop to absorb the moisture from the adhesive mat. No separate cleaning tool is required. The adhesive mat is then ready for immediate reuse.
