DI water-based cleanroom smoke generator for airflow visualisation tests in classified environments and laminar flow safety cabinets

In accordance with the international standard ISO 14644-3 Annex B7, airflows in all classified environments of any ISO class should be visually inspected every 24 months. Among the listed methods, the generation of tracers that clearly visualise the speed and direction of airflows is recommended.

The test is carried out in the areas by taking photographs of the airflows, which are made visible by the mist, whilst the area is ‘at rest’ (with no personnel present and no equipment in use).

In addition, the MyFog fog generator is also used during simulations of critical product process activities.
