Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration (e.g. Business Administration or a related subject)
- Several years’ professional experience in finance and accounting – ideally in a medium-sized company
- Strong aptitude for numbers and a keen analytical mind, as well as knowledge of tax regulations
- An independent, structured approach to work, as well as reliability, adherence to deadlines during the closing phase and a high level of self-motivation
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
Your Responsibilities:
- Checking and recording invoices, bank accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions
- Carrying out accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting with monthlyand annual financial statements
- Review of customs-related matters, including DBP investigations and import VAT
- Processing of complaints and credit notes
- Master data maintenance
- Account reconciliation and account maintenance
- Resolution of open items and discrepancies
